Our History
A proud history in the McLaren Vale region. 

McLaren Vale Motel & Apartments was built in 1981 to fill the need for high-quality accommodation in the region and is currently owned and operated by a community-minded family who have been an integral strand of local fabric since 1958. Knowing the local area intimately, they are a font of local knowledge. The Vandeleur family played a pivotal role in developing the famous McLaren Vale Bushing Festival and the hugely popular Sea & Vines Festival and continue to promote local businesses through continual custom and referral.

McLaren Vale Motel & Apartments has now been enhanced by the creation of the McLaren Vale Function Centre, providing a one-stop function and accommodation site only 30 minutes from the Adelaide CBD and wrapped around by the vineyards and wineries of the McLaren Vale region.
